Master Concentration with Hypnosis Now!

Posted on August 9, 2016 at 3:41 PM Comments comments (219)
Master Concentration with Hypnosis
In my practice I get to work with many clients who come to see me for help with improving their concentration through hypnosis. People often complain that their minds are running all over the place and resulting in a mind that often feels ”scattered”. When they often need to be able to have focus and concentration, they just can’t seem to gain control.

Discipline Your Mind with Hypnosis
You can use hypnosis to get back control of your mind. You can be able to discipline your mind to concentrate and focus on what you want, when you want. You can gain the ability to focus ALL of your attention and energy on the task at hand, closing the door to all else. You can begin to concentrate your mind so you can gain laser-like focus.

Some of my clients have described their mind as an "untamed monkey".
It just jumps around uncontrollably, darting back and forth in every direction, when and whichever way it wants to go. With hypnosis, you will learn how to take back control of this “untamed monkey”. You will gain the ability to calmly concentrate, amplify your focus and your energy.

What are the main culprits stealing away your ability to concentrate?
Are you too stressed, too tired, not getting adequate sleep or just too many distractions? Through hypnosis you will learn how to deal with and handle everyday stress and anxiety. And if you need to improve both the quantity and the quality of your sleep hypnosis can help gain a restful, restorative night’s sleep. You will learn to really relax and reclaim your control.

Enhance Concentration with Hypnosis - Learn to Relax and Focus
When you are able to really relaxed, your life just runs so much smoother. With that calm, peaceful state of mind, you'll know you can handle anything that comes your way. You’ll have the calm, confidence and the energy to be able to focus and direct your mind where YOU want.

Distractions have a way of stealing our attention away, that is after all why they are called distractions! When you are able to use the power of hypnosis and your mind, you will get back the your ability to really concentrate. You’ll find many distractions will just not have the same power over you, instead you’ll allow them to drift by you like smoke in the wind, allowing you to focus and achieve the goals you desire and finally get things done! To be able to concentrate with ease is just a matter of disciplining your mind, to become an ally instead of an enemy.

What exactly is Fear of Failure?

Posted on May 17, 2016 at 6:23 PM Comments comments (6)
Just What is Fear of Failure?
Many people either suffer from or know someone who is struggling with the ‘fear of failure’. Knowing this you may wonder, just what are people really afraid of?

What exactly is fear of failure?
I’ve discovered fear of failure is nothing more than a judgement. Is there really even such a thing as failure? To keep it simple, we can use the example of basketball. The object is to shoot the ball into the mesh hoop. After one attempt you miss, but you come close, but miss the basket by a few inches. Did you really fail? Failure is nothing more than a man-made judgment. You didn’t fail, you just produced a result to your attempt. The way you shot the ball resulted in the ball missing the basket by a few inches. Now you know the way you just shot the ball will produce this result. So, you did not really fail.

What would you accomplish if you knew you could not fail?
I’ve come to believe that the ‘fear of failure’ is really just a fear of what others will think of us. I recall talking with a friend who told me he had a fear of failure. He expressed to me that he was constantly fearful of taking chances at work. He had such a overwhelming fear of failure that he was severely limiting himself in so many ways. What was he really afraid of? After he talked about it for awhile, he started to realize that this fear of failure was really just a fear of what other people would think or they may say about him. One of the most limiting fears is the fear of what other people may think of us.

Is it possible you are going to fail when you are trying new things? Of course. If you are learning figure skating and you are not falling, you aren’t really trying anything new. You are just playing it safe and holding on to the rails and sticking to the easy techniques you’ve already been doing. But you are not elevating and improving yourself.

When you become more confident in yourself, have more faith and belief in yourself; believe me other people’s opinions won’t seem to bother you anymore. You will lose the fear of failure and you will be able to achieve success with calm, courage and confidence. Who really cares what other people have to think or have to say anyway?

Banish Self-Destructive Negative Self Talk with Hypnosis

Banish Self-Destructive Negative Self-Talk with Hypnosis

In my practice I see many people who admit to me that they are sabotaging their own life. They acknowledge to having self-destructive thoughts that seem to hold them back from realizing their goals and achieving the success they want. The truth is, this is a very common problem that I think most of us can relate to. Can you recall how many times you’ve heard yourself telling yourself something negative? “I’ll never be able to that”, “That’s too difficult”, “I’m not good enough for that”, it goes on and on…These are all different versions of self-destructive, self-defeating thought patterns.
I remember reading somewhere that 79% of most self-talk is negative. Is it even possible to improve your self-talk? Can you stop self-destructive thoughts from invading your life and destroying your goals and dreams? With hypnosis, the answer is YES!

It’s Now Possible to Improve Your Confidence and Replace Your Self- Destructive Thoughts with Empowering Thoughts through Hypnosis
Self-defeating thoughts and negative self-talk can limit you in so many ways. In the majority of situations, it usually starts with the root of the  problem stemming from not having enough confidence. And most often this lack of confidence begins during childhood. Most of us suffer from a lack of self-confidence and self-esteem when we are in grade school, middle school, and especially high school. Children and adolescents are just beginning to discover who they are and as a result, are still just not sure of themselves.

Unfortunately, these negative thought patterns can become habitual. These adolescent self-destructive thoughts of insecurity and uncertainty can continue to manifest themselves throughout your life. We can all carry around these thoughts and beliefs that we once held from years and even decades ago within our subconscious mind right up until today. However, at some point, most of us learn to develop more confidence in ourselves and our abilities and go on to become more comfortable and secure with ourselves. When this development takes place, it’s fantastic; but when it doesn’t that when our growth is delayed and our potential and goals remain unfulfilled.

Hypnosis to Eliminate Self-Destructive Thoughts
Hypnosis is an effective way to enhance your confidence in yourself. As you become more confident in yourself, your thoughts and ideas will begin to change effortlessly. Instead of telling yourself that “you can’t do it or that “you’re not good enough” or “you don’t deserve it”, you will begin to see the truth. That you can and you will do it, and yes, you are good enough, you do deserve it! When this kind of untapped confidence is unleashed, there is very little that you will not be able to achieve! You will then get to witness all those self-destructive thoughts fall away, allowing  a more confident self assured you to emerge.

Is Procrastination Really Such a Bad Thing??

Is Procrastination Really Such a Bad Thing??

“Stop procrastinating.” If you’ve ever been accused of being a procrastinator or that you are procrastinating, most people immediately assume that it’s a bad thing. Now if you’re procrastinating at your job responsibilities, getting your exercise in, your daily responsibilities, your family, then you are using your power of procrastinating the wrong way.

Procrastinating can be a major issue.
If you keep putting off your responsibilities until later, more often than not, you’ll end up not doing them at all. “I’ll do it later”, “I’ll get to it tomorrow” or “Not right now, I don’t feel like it” are all excuses that people who habitually procrastinate use.

Most of the time it comes from laziness and more specifically fear. I don’t need to get into all the details of how destructive procrastination can be if you’re seeking to attain success and accomplish your goals. If you desire to remain in the same place you are now and never elevate, grow and evolve, then by all means continue procrastinating all your obligations and responsibilities.

Doing Procrastinating the Right Way
Imagine if you could use procrastination to your advantage? Instead of using the power of procrastination to put off the important things that must get done, why not use it to overcome some of the behaviors that you want to eliminate?
Instead of putting off those jobs that need to get done or exercising, why don’t you procrastinate getting frustrated or angry? Or how about procrastinating getting stressed, upset or worried?

What if you could learn to put those feelings and emotions off for later? When you learn to put them off for later, these emotions and behaviors might just never be realized. “I’ll get pissed off later”, “I’ll start to get worried in a few hours”, “I’ll put off getting scared until when I’m ready.” Doing this, you are still acknowledging your feelings and emotions, but you’re not being controlled and led by them.

And as you probably already know, when you get real good at procrastinating, you’ll never get around to the behaviors or activities that you are putting off! So don’t put off until later the things that you need to do. Instead, use the power of procrastination to your advantage  procrastinate, put off and delay the things you don’t desire to do and you’ll never get around to doing them!

Hypnosis for Overcoming Indecision

Posted on March 18, 2016 at 4:06 PM Comments comments (3)
Hypnosis for Overcoming Indecision

Decisions. Ever find that they can be hard to make?
Just imagine living your life being able to make decisions free of fear that you might get it wrong…

When you are indecisive, you often feel overwhelmed when trying answer questions like:
Hypnosis for Indecision“What should I wear to the big meeting?”
“What should I order for dinner?”
“Should I leave my job…my relationship?”
“I’m thinking about going back to go to college, but is it really the right time?”

For some, this process of deciding creates anxiety. The first thing we worry about is making the “wrong” decision and perhaps losing out on something or living to regret it later. We often google for hours searching for insight. We talk to friends and family and receive a wide array of advice and opinions that usually just make us even more confused.

Just Imagine…
Being able to make simple decisions quickly.
Feeling calm and confident in making major or important decisions.
Having faith in your abilities and your intelligence.
Understanding that there are often really no wrong or right decisions, just being able to choose the one that is right for you.

Why is it that you are unable to make a decision?
For most people, insecurity plays a major role in most indecisiveness. The overwhelming fear that you’re going to make the wrong decision can prevent you from ever making a choice and sticking to it. If you’re fed up and tired of feeling like you can’t make even a simple decision and move forward with your life, hypnosis for defeating indecision can help.

How you ask?
Indecision is actually the result of an overactive imagination. When the time comes to make a decision, your imagination goes into overdrive, conjuring up with all sorts of scenarios where you’re going to endure all types of suffering because of the wrong choices that you’ve made. That’s why you feel so insecure; your mind has convinced you that you’re going to get it wrong.

No matter how hard you try, you cannot consciously control your imagination; that’s because it’s rooted in your subconscious mind. Through hypnosis for indecision, I show you how to delve deep into your subconscious mind and correct the problem at the root.

For instance, let’s say that you discover that you often waver back and forth between several options, even on simple decisions, like what to order with out for dinner. By tapping into the power of hypnosis for that hesitation, I show you how to train your subconscious mind and, thus, your imagination that everything is not black and white. There is no one “right” decision. In many cases, several choices will work. After all, as long as the food you order for dinner tastes good, does it really matter if you go with Italian or Mexican? No matter what you select, nothing bad is going to happen to you.

Learn How to Harness the Power of Decision
Through the power of hypnosis I show you how to convince your subconscious mind that you are an intelligent person who is fully capable of making wise choices, you will have the confidence to make decisions and stand by them! Once you are able to successfully convince your subconscious to believe in you, your insecurity will melt away. Since many treatments don’t focus on your subconscious mind, hypnosis one of the most effective ways to finally eliminate indecision and insecurity.

Hypnosis will help you conquer your fear of making a wrong decision or that something awful will happen if you are not correct in your decision. Hypnosis an excellent way to finally get off the fence, move forward and get on with your life!

Why Should You Eat More Bananas?

There are tons of reasons to grab one of these healthy yellow snacks and here are a few:

1. Maintain Blood Pressure
It is well known that excessive salt intake and lack of potassium have an adverse effect on blood pressure. It is important to have adequate potassium in the blood and bananas are rich in it. Try incorporating a banana a day. This habit will help maintain blood pressure at an optimum level.

2. Help Depression
Bananas are high in Tryptophan in a form of proteins that activate the secretion of the hormone of well-being and happiness, Serotonin. Just one banana a day is enough to increase the level of this hormone. This hormone increasing is so effective, that you can actually begin to feel calm and happier within minutes.

3. Manage Stress
Stress causes your metabolism to speed up, which makes potassium levels to decline. Your metabolism controls the way your body absorbs and uses energy. You can achieve balance by consuming bananas because it contains an abundance of potassium and normalizes heart’s workload. Bananas also help regulate the optimal amount of water in the body.

4. Prevent Constipation
Bananas also contain pectin, a dietetic fiber which speeds up digestion and stimulates the removal of toxins from the body. Besides this, bananas also have probiotic properties and stimulate digestion, reduce flatulence and ease tension in the intestines due to constipation.

5. Manage PMS with Ease
Bananas are rich in vitamin B6, which has a beneficial effect on the level of glucose in the blood and it has been confirmed that vitamin B helps in relieving premenstrual symptoms. Bananas aid in reducing pain in the abdomen and waist, regulate mood swings and water retention in the body.

6. Hangover Relief
Last but certainly not least, if you’re feeling the pain from a night out drinking and  suffering from a hangover, you can make a banana almond milkshake and sweeten it with a touch of honey. The fruit will calm your stomach and the honey will help normalize your blood sugar, and the almond milk will help rehydrate you.

So go ahead grab that banana, they only have about 89 calories, they're portable, wrapped, ready to eat!

Become a Confident Public Speaker with Hypnosis

Become a Confident Public Speaker with Hypnosis

Just uttering the words "public speaking" can cause instant terror in some of us. Whether it’s being called upon to make a speech at a wedding, giving a professional presentation or speaking in front of an audience at work, public speaking can cause actual physical reactions in the body, from nervous shaking, voice shaking, shortness of breath, sweating, our mind going blank, butterflies in the stomach, etc. These experiences can cause everything in our mind to say “run away now”. But, rendering a public speech or talk requires us to deliver our speech fluently and effectively in spite of all these thoughts and feelings, which often seems impossible. But it is possible to gain control of those parts of your mind and master public speaking with hypnosis.

So…just where does the fear come from?
What is it about standing up and talking in front of other people that causes so much fear and anxiety? We have been biologically wired to fear of being "singled out". This natural fear originates from the deepest and most ancient parts of our minds. Fear of public speaking is a type of social phobia that triggers our natural “fight or flight response” to take over, causing us to believe we’re experiencing a kind of impending danger that we need to flee from. This subconscious response can cause us to feel tightness in our throats, our hearts start to race, we begin to sweat and a number of other symptoms.

The good news however, is that we have the ability to re-train our mind to no longer perceive public speaking as a threat, and therefore develop more appropriate responses for those situations that require us to talk in public. Hypnotherapy aims to uncover the root cause of the anxiety by accessing the part of your mind that is triggering the fear and help you change the way it responds.

Learn to relax under the pressure with hypnosis
The good news is many people have learned through hypnosis to re-train the subconscious mind to no longer perceive public speaking as a threat and therefore develop more appropriate responses to situations that require us to speak in public. Instead of the feelings of terror, anxiety and fear, you will be enthusiastic, calm, confident and comfortable to stand in front of an audience, large or small. You will be able to gain mastery over your mind.

Eliminate  the fear of public speaking with hypnosis
With hypnosis you will learn to use your feeling fear of public speaking as an advantage, yes, an advantage! Those butterflies you feel in your stomach, that nervous, anxious feeling, you will learn to use them to improve your public speaking with hypnosis. With hypnosis, you can turn those destructive feelings of stress, anxiety and fear into positive feelings of calm, peace and confidence. Is it possible to improve public speaking with hypnosis? Absolutely.

Shatter Limitations with Hypnosis

Most people know or at least have a very good idea of who they would like to be or what goals they would like to accomplish in life. So, what is the shortest path to get to where you’d like to be and to overcome limitations that may be still holding you back?

Hypnosis can help you shatter the limitations you may have unknowingly placed upon yourself. The truth is, you can have anything you desire. You just need to eliminate the limitations brought on by destructive and debilitating beliefs.

Learn to train your mind to overcome limitations now
More often than not, you are usually the one who has created most of the obstacles that you have to overcome. These limitations or obstacles stem from your own belief system. How you talk to yourself. If you keep telling yourself that “you can’t do it”, or “you are not good enough”, or “you don’t deserve it”. You are always going to be right. Sometimes, however these thoughts and beliefs can come from someone or something else.
These flawed beliefs could have come from family, friends, teachers, mentors or whoever. They may also have come from religions, medical professionals, media, corporations, advertisements or even pop culture. However you may have received these messages, you are the one who has accepted the thoughts and beliefs of others. So first, you must take responsibility for your thoughts. When you realize you are the one who created these beliefs, you understand that you are the only one who can replace them with more constructive beliefs. Hypnosis helps you eliminate these destructive beliefs and overcome limitations.

Overcome limitations with hypnosis
Hypnosis shows you how to allow, see and accept the truth, that you are good enough, you can and will do it and most important, you do deserve it. You will be able to release of all the negative thoughts and beliefs that have been responsible for holding you back.

How you talk to yourself is very important. When you're faced with an adversity or an obstacle, is your inner self-talk positive and supportive?
Or are you sabotaging yourself with negative and discouraging self-talk? Only you know the answers to those questions.

With hypnosis you will learn to use your mind in a powerful and effective way to take back control over your life and get you to where you really want to be, allowing limitations, negative thoughts and beliefs just flow away, making room for you to tap into a life full of confidence, self-reliance and strength.

How to Lose Weight Now with Hypnosis

Posted on January 29, 2016 at 4:27 PM Comments comments (30)
Weight Loss with Hypnosis

Why is it that over 90% of diets fail? Many of us have experienced the routine of getting serious about losing weight, we pick the hottest new diet and dig our heels in, determined to stick to it. And often, many of us will see some results, and actually lose some weight, but usually after only a short period of time we start to lose motivation, stop working out or maybe the diet was just too unrealistic to maintain for any prolonged length of time. Whatever the reasons are, for most of us the old eating habits come back as well as the weight and usually with a vengeance! This routine leaves most of us feeling frustrated and defeated.

Hypnosis helps you get down to the underlying issues that can be the cause of overeating and weight gain issues. It may be stress, worry, depression, boredom, fears or loneliness. You can uncover the root cause of your challenges with hypnosis. You will feel better about yourself. You will want to be kind to yourself and improve yourself. You will begin to change your perception of yourself, you will see yourself as fit and healthy person and you will desire to do what healthy, fit people do.

Consistent overeating is a chronic negative behavior pattern, essentially an addiction. Instead of alcohol, drugs or cigarettes, it’s food. Many people are emotional eaters, those who eat mainly when they're upset, sad, lonely or depressed. Emotional eaters can often have a difficult time releasing the weight and keeping it off. Through hypnosis you will learn to manage your emotions, you will be motivated to eat healthy foods and for beneficial reasons, food will no longer be used as a way to cope with unhappiness, anxiety or worry.

Some of the many ways hypnosis can help you boost motivation, lose weight and eat better:

Make healthier food choices
Hypnosis will help you become more connected to your essence, and when you develop more of a connection to your true self, you will start to desire and crave foods that will strengthen and nurture your body. The closer you are connected to what is natural and listening to your subconscious mind, the more likely you are going to want to eat natural foods. Your body desires and craves the natural foods, the vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, etc. Most of us on a conscious level, want to eat those healthy and natural foods, not the man-made processed foods. You will be motivated and disciplined to eat what’s right for your body. You will lose weight.

Eat smaller portions
When you learn how to calm and clear your mind, and really relax and allow your mind to quiet. When you’re able to calm your mind you can really begin to listen to your body. You will eat only when you’re hungry and stop when you are full. You will no longer overeat.

Want to workout
When you’re ready to lose weight with hypnosis, it will help you boost your motivation, discipline and commitment to workout. You will WANT to exercise your body, it will no longer be a chore.

Enhance your belief in yourself
What I encounter often with my clients is they don’t really believe they can lose weight. They believe they can’t get back to the ideal, healthy weight they once had. Hypnosis will help you improve and enhance your ability to believe in yourself, encourage yourself and elevate your confidence.

Creative visualization
Through hypnosis you learn to focus on becoming fit, healthy, strong and attractive. You will learn how to visualize yourself to be healthy and fit. You can learn how to visualize effectively and powerfully. Your imagination is very powerful and you will learn to use it.

I’ve found the only thing you really need to successfully lose weight with hypnosis is a serious desire to lose weight and keep it off. You’ll need a deep conviction to want to change. If you really want it and are willing to do what it takes, you will be successful. You will know that you can do it, you can lose weight.
