Master Concentration with Hypnosis In my practice I get to work with many clients who come to see me for help with improving their concentration through hypnosis. People often complain that their minds are running all over the place and resulting in a mind that often feels ”scattered”. When they often need to be able to have focus and concentration, they just can’t seem to gain control. You can use hypnosis to get back control of your mind. You can be able to discipline your mind to concentrate and focus on what you want, when you want. You can gain the ability to focus ALL of your attention and energy on the task at hand, closing the door to all else. You can begin to concentrate your mind so you can gain laser-like focus. Some of my clients have described their mind as an "untamed monkey". It just jumps around uncontrollably, darting back and forth in every direction, when and whichever way it wants to go. With hypnosis, you will learn how to take back control of this “untamed monkey”. You will gain the ability to calmly concentrate, amplify your focus and your energy. What are the main culprits stealing away your ability to concentrate? Are you too stressed, too tired, not getting adequate sleep or just too many distractions? Through hypnosis you will learn how to deal with and handle everyday stress and anxiety. And if you need to improve both the quantity and the quality of your sleep hypnosis can help gain a restful, restorative night’s sleep. You will learn to really relax and reclaim your control. Enhance Concentration with Hypnosis - Learn to Relax and Focus When you are able to really relaxed, your life just runs so much smoother. With that calm, peaceful state of mind, you'll know you can handle anything that comes your way. You’ll have the calm, confidence and the energy to be able to focus and direct your mind where YOU want. Distractions have a way of stealing our attention away, that is after all why they are called distractions! When you are able to use the power of hypnosis and your mind, you will get back the your ability to really concentrate. You’ll find many distractions will just not have the same power over you, instead you’ll allow them to drift by you like smoke in the wind, allowing you to focus and achieve the goals you desire and finally get things done! To be able to concentrate with ease is just a matter of disciplining your mind, to become an ally instead of an enemy. Thanks for reading! |
What exactly is Fear of Failure?

Just What is Fear of Failure? Many people either suffer from or know someone who is struggling with the ‘fear of failure’. Knowing this you may wonder, just what are people really afraid of? What exactly is fear of failure? I’ve discovered fear of failure is nothing more than a judgement. Is there really even such a thing as failure? To keep it simple, we can use the example of basketball. The object is to shoot the ball into the mesh hoop. After one attempt you miss, but you come close, but miss the basket by a few inches. Did you really fail? Failure is nothing more than a man-made judgment. You didn’t fail, you just produced a result to your attempt. The way you shot the ball resulted in the ball missing the basket by a few inches. Now you know the way you just shot the ball will produce this result. So, you did not really fail. What would you accomplish if you knew you could not fail? I’ve come to believe that the ‘fear of failure’ is really just a fear of what others will think of us. I recall talking with a friend who told me he had a fear of failure. He expressed to me that he was constantly fearful of taking chances at work. He had such a overwhelming fear of failure that he was severely limiting himself in so many ways. What was he really afraid of? After he talked about it for awhile, he started to realize that this fear of failure was really just a fear of what other people would think or they may say about him. One of the most limiting fears is the fear of what other people may think of us. Is it possible you are going to fail when you are trying new things? Of course. If you are learning figure skating and you are not falling, you aren’t really trying anything new. You are just playing it safe and holding on to the rails and sticking to the easy techniques you’ve already been doing. But you are not elevating and improving yourself. When you become more confident in yourself, have more faith and belief in yourself; believe me other people’s opinions won’t seem to bother you anymore. You will lose the fear of failure and you will be able to achieve success with calm, courage and confidence. Who really cares what other people have to think or have to say anyway? Banish Self-Destructive Negative Self Talk with Hypnosis

Banish Self-Destructive Negative Self-Talk with Hypnosis In my practice I see many people who admit to me that they are sabotaging their own life. They acknowledge to having self-destructive thoughts that seem to hold them back from realizing their goals and achieving the success they want. The truth is, this is a very common problem that I think most of us can relate to. Can you recall how many times you’ve heard yourself telling yourself something negative? “I’ll never be able to that”, “That’s too difficult”, “I’m not good enough for that”, it goes on and on…These are all different versions of self-destructive, self-defeating thought patterns. I remember reading somewhere that 79% of most self-talk is negative. Is it even possible to improve your self-talk? Can you stop self-destructive thoughts from invading your life and destroying your goals and dreams? With hypnosis, the answer is YES! It’s Now Possible to Improve Your Confidence and Replace Your Self- Destructive Thoughts with Empowering Thoughts through Hypnosis Self-defeating thoughts and negative self-talk can limit you in so many ways. In the majority of situations, it usually starts with the root of the problem stemming from not having enough confidence. And most often this lack of confidence begins during childhood. Most of us suffer from a lack of self-confidence and self-esteem when we are in grade school, middle school, and especially high school. Children and adolescents are just beginning to discover who they are and as a result, are still just not sure of themselves. Unfortunately, these negative thought patterns can become habitual. These adolescent self-destructive thoughts of insecurity and uncertainty can continue to manifest themselves throughout your life. We can all carry around these thoughts and beliefs that we once held from years and even decades ago within our subconscious mind right up until today. However, at some point, most of us learn to develop more confidence in ourselves and our abilities and go on to become more comfortable and secure with ourselves. When this development takes place, it’s fantastic; but when it doesn’t that when our growth is delayed and our potential and goals remain unfulfilled. Hypnosis to Eliminate Self-Destructive Thoughts Hypnosis is an effective way to enhance your confidence in yourself. As you become more confident in yourself, your thoughts and ideas will begin to change effortlessly. Instead of telling yourself that “you can’t do it or that “you’re not good enough” or “you don’t deserve it”, you will begin to see the truth. That you can and you will do it, and yes, you are good enough, you do deserve it! When this kind of untapped confidence is unleashed, there is very little that you will not be able to achieve! You will then get to witness all those self-destructive thoughts fall away, allowing a more confident self assured you to emerge. Thanks for reading! |
Is Procrastination Really Such a Bad Thing??

Is Procrastination Really Such a Bad Thing?? “Stop procrastinating.” If you’ve ever been accused of being a procrastinator or that you are procrastinating, most people immediately assume that it’s a bad thing. Now if you’re procrastinating at your job responsibilities, getting your exercise in, your daily responsibilities, your family, then you are using your power of procrastinating the wrong way. Procrastinating can be a major issue. If you keep putting off your responsibilities until later, more often than not, you’ll end up not doing them at all. “I’ll do it later”, “I’ll get to it tomorrow” or “Not right now, I don’t feel like it” are all excuses that people who habitually procrastinate use. Most of the time it comes from laziness and more specifically fear. I don’t need to get into all the details of how destructive procrastination can be if you’re seeking to attain success and accomplish your goals. If you desire to remain in the same place you are now and never elevate, grow and evolve, then by all means continue procrastinating all your obligations and responsibilities. Doing Procrastinating the Right Way Imagine if you could use procrastination to your advantage? Instead of using the power of procrastination to put off the important things that must get done, why not use it to overcome some of the behaviors that you want to eliminate? Instead of putting off those jobs that need to get done or exercising, why don’t you procrastinate getting frustrated or angry? Or how about procrastinating getting stressed, upset or worried? What if you could learn to put those feelings and emotions off for later? When you learn to put them off for later, these emotions and behaviors might just never be realized. “I’ll get pissed off later”, “I’ll start to get worried in a few hours”, “I’ll put off getting scared until when I’m ready.” Doing this, you are still acknowledging your feelings and emotions, but you’re not being controlled and led by them. And as you probably already know, when you get real good at procrastinating, you’ll never get around to the behaviors or activities that you are putting off! So don’t put off until later the things that you need to do. Instead, use the power of procrastination to your advantage procrastinate, put off and delay the things you don’t desire to do and you’ll never get around to doing them! Thanks for reading! |

Hypnosis for Overcoming Indecision Decisions. Ever find that they can be hard to make? Just imagine living your life being able to make decisions free of fear that you might get it wrong… When you are indecisive, you often feel overwhelmed when trying answer questions like: “What should I order for dinner?” “Should I leave my job…my relationship?” “I’m thinking about going back to go to college, but is it really the right time?” For some, this process of deciding creates anxiety. The first thing we worry about is making the “wrong” decision and perhaps losing out on something or living to regret it later. We often google for hours searching for insight. We talk to friends and family and receive a wide array of advice and opinions that usually just make us even more confused. Just Imagine… Being able to make simple decisions quickly. Feeling calm and confident in making major or important decisions. Having faith in your abilities and your intelligence. Understanding that there are often really no wrong or right decisions, just being able to choose the one that is right for you. Why is it that you are unable to make a decision? For most people, insecurity plays a major role in most indecisiveness. The overwhelming fear that you’re going to make the wrong decision can prevent you from ever making a choice and sticking to it. If you’re fed up and tired of feeling like you can’t make even a simple decision and move forward with your life, hypnosis for defeating indecision can help. How you ask? Indecision is actually the result of an overactive imagination. When the time comes to make a decision, your imagination goes into overdrive, conjuring up with all sorts of scenarios where you’re going to endure all types of suffering because of the wrong choices that you’ve made. That’s why you feel so insecure; your mind has convinced you that you’re going to get it wrong. No matter how hard you try, you cannot consciously control your imagination; that’s because it’s rooted in your subconscious mind. Through hypnosis for indecision, I show you how to delve deep into your subconscious mind and correct the problem at the root. For instance, let’s say that you discover that you often waver back and forth between several options, even on simple decisions, like what to order with out for dinner. By tapping into the power of hypnosis for that hesitation, I show you how to train your subconscious mind and, thus, your imagination that everything is not black and white. There is no one “right” decision. In many cases, several choices will work. After all, as long as the food you order for dinner tastes good, does it really matter if you go with Italian or Mexican? No matter what you select, nothing bad is going to happen to you. Learn How to Harness the Power of Decision Through the power of hypnosis I show you how to convince your subconscious mind that you are an intelligent person who is fully capable of making wise choices, you will have the confidence to make decisions and stand by them! Once you are able to successfully convince your subconscious to believe in you, your insecurity will melt away. Since many treatments don’t focus on your subconscious mind, hypnosis one of the most effective ways to finally eliminate indecision and insecurity. Hypnosis will help you conquer your fear of making a wrong decision or that something awful will happen if you are not correct in your decision. Hypnosis an excellent way to finally get off the fence, move forward and get on with your life! Thanks for reading! |
